Dr. Gaston GOHOU is a senior economist – statistician, expert in development and poverty issues, with more than 35 years of professional experience. He has worked for several governments and international development agencies
.At DI, Dr Gohou decided to share his experience with the communities in order to help them take care of themselves.
Dr. GOHOU holds a PhD in economics, a master’s degree in international economics and econometrics from the University of Maryland at College Park, in the United States, a master degree in economic and statistics and a master degree in applied mathematics.
Dr GOHOU is also the founder and CEO of DS Institute.
M. Frédéric COUTTET

M. Frédéric COUTTET is a private sector expert with a large experiences in France, South America and Africa (1986-1991). Since 1991, he has been based in Quebec where he supports SMEs.
He has contributed to improve the reputation of the main economic development organizations in the Quebec region with a portfolio of about 400 exporting companies.
Mr. COUTTET, before assuming the position of Talent and Competence Director and Deputy Director of Networks and Partnerships outside Quebec between 2014-2015, was Director of International Affairs and Immigration from 2004 to 2014, at the Chamber of Commerce and
Mrs. Aimée USANASE,LLM,

Mrs. Aimée USANASEis an expert in business law with more than 15 years of experience. She held various positions in different public and private institutions before joining the DI.

Dr. Keita Mama is a member of the board of directors. She has long experience on international development issues. She worked for the World Bank and is now UNECA representative in Rwanda
Tavio Headley, Ma
Member of the Board of Directors and Secretary General
Tavio Headley, Ma is a senior economist at AMERICAN TRUCKING ASSOCIATIONS (ATA). He is an economic analyst, expert on issues in the transportation industry. Mr. Headley manages and oversees the Department of the Economy and of statistics.
Mr. Headley is DI General Secretary in charge of operations in the United States.
